Dianne brings 25+ years of mental health experience to the stage and shares simple strategies to make the most of this one life NOW.
She understands burnout because she has experienced it firsthand. Dianne almost became another statistic of leaving the field of education in the first five years.
It was during her exploration of other fields that she began her journey to become a burnout prevention specialist, driven to help audiences manage stress and extinguish burnout for good.
Dianne shares with audiences how to show up for themselves and to harness the “Power of Pause” to enhance their wellbeing.
Showing up for ourselves means that you make your well-being a priority. You fill YOUR bucket first. Then you can serve others from the overflow. An important part of this is learning to increase the space between event and reaction so you can show up as your authentic self.
